Shand Garcia has significantly impacted Texas motocross via media platforms in the past with Holeshot Magazine and now with TEXAS BERM.
As a track announcer, he's worked the microphones for years, announcing races and getting to know the families of Texas motocross racers at the grassroots level.
He has authored a one-of-a-kind history book on Texas motocross titled "BERM - The Texas Motocross Chronicles" and is releasing a documentary film about the first major Motocross race held in Texas, "The 1968 Dallas Inter-Am" later this month.
Shand also owns the Texas-based motorcycle fork seal protector, SHOCK SOX, and custom graphic company, BERM LORDS Graphics, where he supports the racing community. He loves Texas Motocross from the bottom of his heart and has devoted much of his life to the great people of the Lone Star State.
